Lancaster High 4-star wideout Omar Manning officially committed to the TCU Horned Frogs on Friday with a post on Twitter: 

"It's been favorite of mine for a while," Manning said of TCU, according to Scout's Gabe Brooks. "It's been the right move for me and I've prayed about it and talked it over with my family. The staff is great, and the environment."
