Year after year, college football’s coaching carousel keeps spinning, with hirings, firings and moves across the board. 2016 was a quieter year than 2015, but it isn’t done quite yet. Tuesday afternoon, Minnesota kicked off the new year by firing Tracy Claeys after one full season as head coach, according to Joe Christensen of the Star Tribune.
