The Michigan Wolverines have built one of the top defenses in college football, and that could continue with the addition of defensive end Donovan Jeter.

The 4-star recruit announced his commitment Sunday following an official visit to the school:

According to Scout, Jeter is the No. 30-ranked defensive end in the country and the top player at his position in Pennsylvania. He is the No. 300-ranked player overall in the 2017 class.
