Missouri, Georgia Basketball Coaching Staffs Involved in Altercation at Halftime

Tensions ran high during Saturday afternoon's game between Missouri Tigers and Georgia Bulldogs, and the coaches provided some of the fireworks at Stegeman Coliseum.   

As the buzzer sounded to signal halftime in Athens, Georgia, a small scuffle between the players broke out underneath the basket with the Tigers leading 26-20. 

The teams' coaching staffs intervened but started to go at each other in the process. Per the SEC Network telecast, Georgia director of basketball operations Kent Davison and Missouri assistant coach Steve Shields received technical fouls for their roles.
