Greg McMackin while at the WAC media today, said that a dance performed by Notre Dame at a pre-game banquet before the teams met in the Hawaii Bowl last season was a:

"little faggot dance"

The only thing worse than this embarrassing statement by someone who is supposed to be a role model for every student playing under him was the means in which he went about trying to get the statement from ever getting out of Salt Lake City.

Nearly immediately after saying this he went on to say:

"I want to officially, officially apologize, please don't write that statement I said as far as Notre Dame. The reason is, I don't care about Notre Dame. But I'm not a...I don't want to come out and have every homosexual ticked off ...
