Duke Blue Devils guard Grayson Allen turned heads in the first half of Wednesday's game against the Elon Phoenix, and it wasn't because of an impressive play. 

According to Jeff Goodman of ESPN.com, Allen tripped Elon guard Steven Santa Ana and was assessed a technical foul. Goodman noted Allen then "seemed to completely lose his composure on the bench."
