With the early signing period coming this week, it's time to examine the major difference-makers in the class of 2017. This class doesn't quite have the depth of 5-star talent that the class of 2016 had before it, but there are still a lot of great players who could be major factors at the college level. In fact, some players at the top of this list could have a bigger college impact than the class before it.
