Virginia Tech 37, Miami 16. Game Over.
With each coming off tough losses and needing a win for its ACC Coastal hopes, the Virginia Tech Hokies stomped the Miami Hurricanes at Lane Stadium.
Miami quarterback Brad Kaaya was sacked eight times as the Hokies were excellent defensively all night. Miami gained just 365 total yards on offense, including a measly 42 on the ground despite boasting a terrific rushing tandem in Mark Walton and Joseph Yearby.
On the other hand, Virginia Tech's balance wore out an injury-depleted Miami defense, as the Hokies had no issues moving the ball in the second half. Virginia Tech racked up 523 yards of offense, with 251 coming on the ground and 272 yards through the air.<...
