No. 11 Ole Miss had No. 4 Florida State on the ropes in the first half with what seemed to be an insurmountable 28-6 lead, but the Seminoles used a second-half surge and 33 unanswered points to pull ahead and secure a wild 45-34 victory.
Florida State redshirt freshman Deondre Francois was all but flawless, completing 63.5 percent of his passes for 420 yards and two touchdowns against no interceptions. He also ran for 59 on nine carries, leading the charge for an offense that torched the Ole Miss defense for 582 total yards.
