Reporters and college football fans alike made a stink yesterday about Urban Meyer's new 6-year, $24 million dollar contract.
The question kept coming up: Is he deserving of being the highest-paid SEC coach ever? I think the biggest question is: Why is Charlie Weis making more than Urban Meyer?
It's easier to be confused as to why Weis is making that amount of money per year in the first place (which is, by the way, $4.2 million annually). Last year, he received an average of $700,000 per win.
